Complaint to TVNZ dated 29Sept 2010 Breakfast 2 September 2010. TV One John Key visit to the Queen and the Republic debate. The Young Guns at 7. 23am Simon Bridges [National Electorate MP] and Jacinda Ardern [Labour list MP] who now operates out of the Phil Twyford office a few doors up from Auckland Central MP, Nikki Kaye. The fact that no other New Zealand PM was invited to Balmoral was the subject. Its importance was questioned. Simon Bridges; the reason for the invitation was a texting relationship Paul Henry says Her Majesty is going the extra mile. Jacinda Ardern spoke about Her Majesty possibly watching the PM on David Lederman and that the PM should not make jokes like that about Tuhoe. Please let us not forget the actions of the PM relating to Tuhoes’ National Park being on then off the negotiation table. Then making jokes about The Queen and Prince Philip, which were highly disrespectful when Paul Henry undermined New Zealand’s’ first National Flag which is the only New Zealand flag given Royal Proclamation and selected by Native Chief’s . Afterwards the Republican Debate, Paul Henry says, ‘where did that come from’ Simon Bridges, if it isn’t broke why fix it? There are thorny issues, which need to be dealt with if we become a republic. Jacinda Ardern, agrees with the thorny, but on principle declares it is broken. It will not be the right fit for New Zealand. Paul Henry says that in Michael Cullen’s speech, he refers to the Chinese and Indian population in New Zealand. Please note I am of Indian extraction and my Uncle was a personal assistant to Gandhiji. The East Indian Company was told to leave India. Jacinda Ardern also about the Republic said that The Queen should govern us. The question Paul did not ask, which Queen was the list MP was referring to, Queen Elizabeth II or the Queen of Right of New Zealand? As potential Auckland Central MP, Jacinda needs to have equal knowledge of the difference between the two entities. Paul Henry does not question as to how the system is broken and how she came to that conclusion, if they were not from the fact that she is well aware of the actions of Nikki Kaye outlined below. She also states, The Queen should not be governor. The audience is left none the wiser, as Paul Henry never asked this, Young Gun, her reason and if it would fix, what in principle, she claims is broken. Yet Paul Henry quickly picks up that Jacinda does not have an electorate.
The question is what evidence, does Paul Henry have that electorate MP, Nikki Kaye is not Jacinda’s reason for countering Simon Bridges, if it isn’t broke why fix it, as Jacinda would be privy  to the way Nikki Kaye has acted by; 1.      failing to carry out her electoral duty, 2.      forcing constituents’ to use the office used by Jacinda as an electorate office 3.      refusing documents to be passed on to the Governor General, allowing him to inform Her Majesty that police have a file number relating to charges laid against, PM John Key and the Minister of Justice 4.      not passing on documents to the Governor General, without proving that she do not violate her Oath as a MP for denying inform Her Majesty information of the facts stated above, before Prince William opened the Supreme Court The reasons the Young Guns presented as cause for the PM visit to The Queen are void of evidence and are pure supposition, while, what has been presented above has substance. The point of the complaint is that these issues have historic and future impacts, which required proper answers to important questions. A realistic reason was not presented to the people of New Zealand for the first time Queen Balmoral Visit. Having MP’s questioned without having them provide informed comment circumvents the pillar the Fourth Estate represents. To provide balance neither Breakfast, nor any TVNZ current affairs program has investigated the reason Her Majesty may wish to meet the PM privately. TV New Zealand has evidence that the PM has a charge laid against him under s 107 Crimes Act 1961 and that the Commissioner of Police has not been able to prove lawful grounds for not investigating the PM and Minister of Justice. The other matter which The Queen may equally be interested in seeing the PM is the fact that the Attorney General has mislead TVNZ or that the Minister of Maori Affairs did so in the Maori Flag consultation.   This was evidenced by TVNZ when defending the Waka Huia compliant. When the Highest Officer of Law being informed that the Minister of Maori Affairs used the wrong flag during a Maori flag consultation process, when all that was required was for the Minister of Maori Affairs to have carried out the Due Diligence Process as TVNZ did is one thing. However, for the PM to not have the Attorney General or the Police investigate the deliberate fraud by the Minister of Maori Affairs, if we are to accept that TVNZ investigative journalist and documents submitted during a BSA complaints process are true and correct. If however they are not, then TVNZ’s and the BSA knowing that the people of New Zealand have been denied the proper account of the constitutional foundation of New Zealand would not be equally of concern to Queen Elizabeth II, or not? Is it not possible that Queen Elizabeth II was to ask the PM for a Statement of Confidence for each or all of the following? 1.      Prime Minister 2.      Attorney General 3.      Acting Attorney General, Minister of Police 4.      Minister of Justice 5.      Chief Justice 6.      Minister of Maori Affairs 7.      Auckland Central MP Breakfast has already this year displayed poor standards of news worthiness judgement falling for a hoax by another a rival TV channel. The neither BSA nor TVNZ management have improved the investigative quality of Breakfast when people are being confused that a program which provides news, when interviewing MP’s can be comments which have no serious constitutional ramification is untenable. The fact that, the PM has to date, not been asked, nor have concerns such as 1.      the Flag and 2.      that the Supreme Court operates with an anonyms judge 3.      while the Wilson matter required the Attorney General to have a Acting Attorney General, 4.       that the Commissioner of Police has not been requested by the Minister to provide evidence that in relation to police charges lay against the PM, that the Police had acted lawfully. These are some of the reason for this compliant. Yours faithfully, Dilip Rupa.  |
